they are horrible in the norcross location they answer the phones when they want i came into the office to make my payment and she acted as if she didnt know how to work my card so they told me i need to go pull money off my card and just because i was a day late on my payment they charge me 20 extra $ Like they are rude and this is my last year with them sadly to say ive been with this company since 2016 and this is how they treat me and everyone else an as long as i been with them they dont do you any favors nor discounts especially if your not there kind that why going to a HISPANIC INSURANCE COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST EVER !
