We brought in a truck that had a very obvious problem and left it for an estimate. With no discussion or prior authorization they assessed $600 in diagnostic charges. The guy could barely look at me when he told me the price. We paid it, of course. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had with them. I recommend staying away if possible.

They were supposed to call us to discuss any needed repairs, but they did not. We took it in for an oil change and it ended up being $550. They were doing some recall work, and we felt the work they did that we had not asked for was associated with the recall. They disagreed, but took $80 off the bill.

Never used Peach State, just heard a lot of great things about their services, so I was just looking around.

It is NOT a ford parts place it is a hotel. And the other address that shows up for peach state ford is in the middle of the street.

Need to replace parts salesman with people who want to sell parts. Awful over the phone service. Awful experience overall.
