I just called and was interested in purchasing a pick up truck, I live in the north east and asked if they would be willing to do a facetime to show the car running. The woman bluntly said no and then hung up on me after saying the car is in good mechanical condition. That woman should not be answering the phone.

William D autos is the worst auto sales dealer you ever want to do business with. I bought a convertible bmw from them on June 3rd, 2020. I had saved $3000 to put down on the car. On June the 17th they leave a message on my phone telling me that my payment was due on the 14 of June. Yes 11 days later. I didn’t see the message until after they came and towed my car on the 1st of July. My care note was due on the 3rd of July. I told them that this has to be a mistake and that I wanted to speak to the manager. They said the manager is there on Mondays only. No one wanted to hear me or look at the paperwork. Had they looked at it they would have realized that they made a mistake. Instead they were very rude and unprofessional. They had the nerves to tell me not to call anymore because I was getting on their nerves. I told them to just give me my down payment back and my money for the tires I purchased back, they refused. The strange part about this is I was doing what they told me to do. I called every Monday for 3 weeks. I never got an explanation, nor did any letter come in the mail. I never got a call from the manager. They just stole my $3000. These people are crooks and now I have to take time to go to court for my money, not to mention the tires I purchased for the car a week after I purchased it. I advise anyone who you is thinking about purchasing a car from William D auto sales to think twice. DONT DO IT!

These people are straight crooks. A criminal complaint will be filed. And irs and bbb notified in violation of title 15.

Very professional respectful people working here. I was looking initially looking for a 2002 model Tahoe but the 2010 model was reasonably priced within my budget. Thank you Mario!

Great dealership! They have amazing cars and great customer service. If you are looking to buy a car this is a great place to go.
