Great customer service and a hard working team. I decided to go with Big T because my conversations with the nice ladies in the office. They made me feel like they were ready to go above and beyond to provide great service and make sure they had a satisfied customer at the end of the move. The team was prompt, efficient and when unforeseen issues arose, they were adaptable and solutions oriented. We finished under-time and under-budget, with no damages.

This moving company was awesome! We moved on January 23 and the team that came was very professional and efficient. They had moved us quickly and before our estimated time. The office personal was very pleasant. Their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend them!

I have used Big T Movers four times over the course of the last 8 years and they are far and away the best moving and delivery company I have ever used in the Atlanta area. I have tried to post this review multiple times and had upload issues. The fact that I continue to make the effort, if you knew me, speaks volumes. Phillip and Hassan were assigned to my last two jobs. They are great! On time, professional, friendly, and careful with both the house(s) and the furniture. On both of the last two occasions, I have also worked with Christina in the office to price and schedule my jobs. Christina is excellent! She is responsive, pleasant, detailed, follows-up, and has a truly beautiful speaking voice. All in all, Big T has exceeded my expectations every time I have used them and I highly recommend them.

Big T movers made our move seamless from start to finish! The customer service team were transparent with pricing and very friendly. The moving staff Joel, Andre, and Johnny were efficient, quick, and careful with our belongings. They maneuvered flights of stairs and very heavy furniture with ease. My fiancé (Stan) and I highly recommend using this company and this team specifically!
