I called the Alpharetta location for an immediate need for storage space after we were left without a home due to closing issues and calling other places with insanely high quotes. Johnny and Gerard took good care of us and promptly addressed all our needs. We got the best customer service which was much needed in a day that had everything go wrong since it started. Cherry on top was the clean and well kept facility with easy access to our storage space. Would highly recommend.
Gerard Vega showed my wife and I exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable when sharing information about our different options. Gereard was very patient and answered all of our questions. He took the time to walk us through the storage facility and explain what would work best for what we needed. He was personable, professional, and made us laugh. I would highly recommend this service for customers. The facility was extremely clean or well organized.
Clean place, secure , well maintained and positively charming staff. Gerard was especially helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know. Anyone would feel comfortable leaving their possessions here. Ease of access to the location and lot of hand carts , which means even if there is a lot of people here at once you know you can still move your stuff!
Gerard was super helpful with getting us unit that fits perfectly for our needs. We have been using this storage facility for almost 3 years and are extremely satisfied with their customer service and the storage units. I would definitely recommend this facility.
I have two units with Extra space in two different locations (Shiloh & Buford Hwy) and both experiences have been great from start to finish. Great rates, excellent customer service, and very professional overall experience.nKeep up the good work!
