Communication with this group as been an extreme nightmare. I was advised by my psychologist to participate in an out patient treatment. Calling the Hartford group was easy everyone made me feel like this would be a easy process. However my claim was denied stating my doctor did not submit more information. I called The Hartford group everyday after their behavioral health agent advised me more information was need and my doctor stating they did not receive such request. I called EVERYDAY to reach my assigned agent Cassandra Olson- who did not return my call until after my deadline. Her response to not being able to contact me was because she was going through her own problems. I have been out of work for a month. I paid into this benefit and during my mental break down I had to fight to get no where with this group. I’m more stressed now than before I left work!

They are truly a good company they are helpful and they always try to do exactly what you asked their rates aren't too bad either
