They double charged me. I explained that I wasn’t sure if I was buying a vehicle. Car didn’t run, and am still fighting them two weeks later. They completely denied that I have a policy. My H&R Block card paid them. It takes weeks playing kemper, infinity, assurance games. Good luck if you need them. Crooks

I purchased a new car and got insurance through this company it was $395 down which was fine. I had the policy only 4 days and I decided I wanted a different car instead. So I only had the policy for 4 days and then I canceled it they were suppose to refund me my money instead out of $395 they sent me a check for $81 & it was a fake check at that. I’m most definitely doing a police report for Fraud.

If I could give this insurance company negative stars I would, one of there insureds hit my PARKED car. And they denied my claim and will not be fixing the damage. Not to mention the claim happened In December and they didn't even bother to give me a call till February of the next year... I hope this company burns in hell.

I wish I could give -0 this company is a ripoff. Paying insurance twice a month to them and then they cancel my insurance without notice. They will give you the run around gave me 3 different policy numbers within months. They change their company name so much you don’t know who you talking with. If your car get damaged you will have to pay it yourself. The changed my policy without me knowing and will not come out to look at damages so how you know the damage cost? I hate this company waste of money. Don’t trust this company at all

They are not helpful..they transfer you back and forth..15 percent of help which is only 19.95..they are the worst car insurance company and needs to be shut down...they over talk you and they don't care at all during this pandemic. People do not waste your money..I don't need no apologies from this company..you guys are rotten..God bless anyone who are with them..
