I am a long time customer. Love the stores, the beautiful items and the staff in the stores. I would give shopping IN PERSON 5/5 stars. But the customer support from corporate is one of the worst I’ve seen. I ordered bowls to be shipped to my mom and they arrived poorly packaged and shattered in pieces. Corporate wants my mom to pay for shipping to ship the broken glass back to them. Seriously- broken glass? We have photos to prove it and they don’t care. Terrible customer service. Don’t order anything online.
Love the feel and look of the store. Styles are quirky and fun.
