Excellent Service”nMy experience purchasing a truck from Carl Black Buick GMC was excellent. I worked with salesman Carl Martin through the entire purchase process and he was fast to answer all of my questions and was great to work with. Mr. Martin really went above and beyond to secure my desired truck and ensure top quality. Mr. Martin also kept me well informed about the buying process along with the timing and the next steps. It was a GREAT pleasure working with Mr. Martin and I would highly recommend him and the Carl Black Buick GMC dealership.

Came for an oil change which was great but the lack of people wearing a mask is absolutely ridiculous. Only 4 people, including myself, are wearing a mask and we’re all customers. Not one employee has a mask on. Zero employees are social distancing. I had a great experience buying my car here a year and a half ago but I will never recommend this place to another person again. I will never come back here despite the great service I’ve received in the past. I absolutely can’t believe that GMC allows a place like this to represent their name. I’m livid and can’t believe this is going on and very few people seem to be concerned about it.

I normally go to another Carl Black, but because I recently moved, I came gere for routine work. The staff was great and very attentive. Waiting room was well spaced and stocked with water and seating. Definitely will continue coming to this location!

The team at Carl Black GMC does an excellent job. Their sales department is second to none their service department is always dependable. Nice sales guy who does not rush you and really wants to help you find your dream car. Still looking for that vehicle, but we definitely will go here for it.
