Every visit to the service department here is consistently excellent. All of the service advisers are great, and today Chad was no exception. He kept me informed during the service and explained everything perfectly. Every time I have service here it’s always completed quickly and priced fairly. I’m thankful to have such a great place to bring my car!

The service advisor was great, and very easy to communicate with! That’s the only reason for two stars!!nThere is two reasons for a low rating. First is because the day after picking the car up, the low coolant light came on, no leaks but clearly the coolant was not refilled properly after the hose was replaced, the mechanic should have filled it and then made sure that there was no more air bubbles in the cooling system, I had to go buy coolant to top it off. Second reason is due to delay on waiting on parts for a brand new car, I get it came from out of state, but there is also this thing called overnight shipping, didn’t have to take 4 days, by the way this was on a brand new car with under 700miles.

The reason for the perfect score is due to Andrew in sales. He made the car buying experience seamless-which is a miracle in today's age. I bought a new Atlas and he was able to down to exactly what i need. While I had tremendous challenges with the services department, Andrew did what he could to remedy. I'd buy a car from him any time...

The experience I had today at Nalley was amazing. I’ve bought several cars over the years and I can truly say I have never had a better experience. Salesman Andrew was great. Everyone was nice and professional. Robert responded immediately to my text message for a status report on my car. My Tiguan runs better than ever.nI also bought some new wiper blades and the nice lady who helped me was fabulous. (I don’t remember her name.) Plus there was an equally nice man who replaced the new wiper blades on my car. (I didn’t get his name either.)nAn all round wonderful experience.
