What a great place to purchase a vehicle! Great team- they remember your name, smile and give elevated service. I have been in the industry and this place is top notch. Ray was a pleasure to work with and followed up with us and we got the deal closed within 24 hours! They even let us take the vehicle home over night to be sure our kids liked it! Wow.nnWell done!!!!!

Drove 30+ miles to come here after the dealer 1 mile from my office treated us terribly. Our salesman Andre was polite, inquisitive, informative and professional. He offered us beverages and snacks while directing us to our private “lounge” while we waited for financing. No lingering in cubicles or single wall glass “offices”... After agreeing to a deal (which was $6k better than The dealer in Marietta) we also agreed to rates. By the time we got into financing, they managed to get us a 1% Better rate than we had already agreed to. That’s how you sell luxury cars and earn loyalty. Other dealers should take notes, because Angela Krause is teaching a master class.

We bought a lincoln navigator in February of 2021, car is nice service from staff is terrible.nnWe are still waiting for licence plates and can not get general manager to finance manager to tag personnel to get a status in licence plates.nNo one will return my numerous calls and will be needing a third temporary tag within a week.nnThey are happy to take the money, not interested in helping after the sale... Buyer beware
