I purchased a new vehicle at Angela Krause Lincoln in June 2020. This was the best car buying experience I've had in over 40 years of purchasing vehicles. My salesman (Neville) was absolutely outstanding. Neville possesses a perfect blend of professionalism, product knowledge, outgoing personality and kindness. Along with having a wonderful salesman, every person I interacted with at this dealership was really great. From the finance department, service department and even the dealership's valet service, they were really all wonderful. Without reservation, I very positively endorse Angela Krause Lincoln and the many fine folks who work there.nnAs a follow up to this review... I have owned my 2020 Aviator for seven months now. I have had the pleasure of taking advantage of Lincoln's Valet Service when the car has been in the service department. The valet service at Angela Krause Lincoln has been superb. Not only is it very convenient, but the valet's are always on time and very professional. Lincoln's valet service has saved me lots of time and makes servicing of my car easy while I'm driving a beautiful loaner vehicle provided by Angela Krause Lincoln. Just another reason why choosing Angela Krause Lincoln was a great choice for me.
I recently purchased a new vehicle here and found the experience pressure free and actually quite pleasant. There was no hard sell at all. The salesman, Guillermo, answered all my questions, gave me as much time, and space, to assess the vehicle as I needed, explained the various trim levels in detail, and spent time showing me the features I was interested in and informing me of the many safety features on the vehicle.nnI rarely write reviews but in this case the professionalism of the sales consultant, Guillermo, merits my doing so. I recommend asking for him by name if considering a purchase or lease from Angela Krause Ford-Lincoln.nnOne final note; it's obvious the entire staff has been well trained in the five foot rule. I was acknowledged by everyone in my vicinity, whether just perusing vehicles on the lot or in the showroom. That is always appreciated.nnI have no hesitation recommending this dealership.
We looked at trucks last year at the dealership but they did not have one we wanted. Really helpful and cooperative to focus on my needs. I found a F250 at another dealer only to realize 4 months later it wasn’t for me.nLooked for a F150 at several dealers with not such a warm welcome. The team here at Angela Krause was truly awesome and again focused on my needsnHappy to say they traded me out of my F250 and into an awesome F150nIt took a bunch of visits and a few overnight test drives but they got it rightnI never felt pressured and pushednWhat a great culture they have of customer servicenWell done and we will be backnThank you guys
Angela Krause Ford/Lincoln did an excellent job of diagnosing, repairing and resolving rattle in dash and headliner of my new 2020 Nautilus vehicle. Matt Lane provided professional updates and responded in a timely manner. It took three weeks to resolve but was well worth the wait! Thanks to Matt and team, the Nautilus has the quiet ride that Lincoln promises. We did notice that the illuminated sill had been scratched during repair so that is the only reason not a five star. Thanks Matt for taking care of us!
I took my car in for warranty work at Angela Krause, and the service was efficient and to my liking. John was very helpful in securing me a loaner car during the time that I wouldn’t have my vehicle, so I really appreciate that.nnNot necessarily a complaint but a recommendation for the service department to consider— if you are aware that a parent needs to move items and car seats into the loaner car while also juggling a baby, it would be nice if any of the staff could offer to help. Everyone just went about their business until I finally asked if there was someone who could give me a hand just lifting the car seat into the loaner because my hands were full with a busy baby.nI understand that staff is not allowed to install car seats (that is not at all what I needed), and there are COVID restrictions going on but offering to help could go a long way :)
