My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Anthony Jones. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all my questions. In the past, purchasing a car was extremely stressful and I felt forced by the dealer to make a quick decision. This was NOT at all the experience I had with Anthony at Volvo. He took as much time as I needed showing me each feature of the models I was interested in before I test drove the Volvo that was best matched for our family. After the purchase Anthony spent well over two hours with me going over EVERY feature and button that came inside the new car. Upon leaving, he told me if I forget anything, or have further questions that I can always call him or stop by and he will gladly help. Anthony’s amazing customer service alone will be the reason I am now a member of the Volvo family for life. I felt that I wasn’t just another commission for him, he genuinely wanted me to get exactly what I wanted and made sure I did! Truly a wonderful experience all around. As a new mom, I wanted to feel 100% comfortable and confident in my purchase and Anthony made sure I left the lot feeling that way. Thank you for everything Anthony! What an amazing experience! I took my daughter car shopping on Wednesday and we visited at least 5 dealerships that day and the we went back out the following day. While on our first outing we stopped at both Chevy and Ford before stopping in at Volvo. We were assisted by Anthony Jones and shown a few cars, but we really liked the Honda he showed us. We went back two days later and bought it!

I recently purchased a new 2021 Volvo XC90 at North Point Volvo. It was one of the best all around car purchase experiences ever. I got a very fair purchase price for my new car and surprisingly fair value for my trade-in without haggling. My salesman, Anthony Jones, was outstanding. He took extreme care ensuring I knew how to operate all the car features and exhibited amazing patience in answering all my questions. Kudos also to the parts and service departments in getting me a good price and excellent service to add a trailer hitch to my new SUV. Great experience all around.

Just purchased a S60, and Ryan made the car buying experience pleasant. He answered all questions, and was very straight forward. I came in to test drive the vehicle the night before, and spoke about some options, the next day I made my decision, and since I was on a bit of a time crunch Ryan ensured that I was out as quickly as possible.
