United BMW is an awesome dealership and actually the best one I have ever visited. From the purchase to the service the best experience. I hate going to dealerships to purchase a new car. I know I’m going to be mad during the entire event. This time it was quite different and something I couldn’t expect at all. Steven was awesome I told him what I was looking for and what I would and would not do and he totally exceeded my expectations.nMy first service was Tuesday and it was awesome as well. The waiting area with Felicia was outstanding. Free coffee which Felicia prepares according to you tastes. Free soda, snacks and great music. It was awesome. Thank you all.

Steven was an excellent sales associate, very knowledgeable of the BMW Brand! He demonstrated professional service from the moment I entered the dealership until the moment I was complete with my financial services. He was communicative even after my purchase and I referred a family member the next day who also purchased a vehicle. AB in finance was also extremely professional and thorough in his explanation of the terms and optional services offered by the dealership. United BMW just provides an unmatched customer experience and this is my third BMW with this dealership! I will be back soon!

I had one of the best experiences purchasing a car at United BMW working with Conrad! I came in looking for a BMW X5. Conrad took time to find out everything I wanted and I was very impressed with his knowledge of all the vehicles. After finding the perfect X5, he went to work and I was able to drive away in 2020 BMW X5 with a great interest rate. I highly recommend going to United BMW and working with Conrad! Knowledgeable and professional!

Charles, our sales rep, was excellent and responsive to all our questions. He was also very patient as we analyzed our options. No pressure and cut us a fair price. We custom ordered a vehicle that came in about 3 weeks! Sales manager was way off when we looked at a possible trade in. We sold our car for $5k more than his offer.
