I visited this location to get a drug test performed for a new job. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had to wait a while to get seen, but it was made better the wonderful staff.

The front desk and nurses were superb. They answered all my questions. They were upfront with the cost before I was seen and they were happy to give me a work note. Basically there was no time through the whole visit that I felt like an imposition.nThe Doctor was also awesome. He explained all my treatment options, was very through, and I didn’t have to wait very long to see him.nI would definitely recommend this place for health care. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

My visit to Concentra in Sandy Springs was great. My wait time was about 20 -30 minutes. The front office staff and clinician was great in helping make sure paper work and orders were in and correct even helped by calling my company's contact person to fix my issue. Thanks Julie!

I went in for a TB test - should have been an in and out deal - I was there an hour and a half- they would not let me make an appointment ahead of time. Maybe they need to dedicate one person to Give TB tests two days a week and take appointments- they could do the same for drug screenings. They did not seem that busy - kept saying how full the waiting room was . There was literally 5 other people in there.

The office staff is very friendly and always remember my name great customer service !!!nDr Ratner is great he really cares would definitely recommend him
