The sms service at sugar factory is not only super efficient, but I was able to pay over the phone which I thoroughly enjoyed; due to the safety in maintaining my social distance. The staff is always knowledgeable on the safest and cheapest parking places for each restaurant in the area.

Horrible company that lacks any moral or ethics. One of their employees wrecked a customer's vehicle and they are refusing to pay for the damage. They should be ashamed of their corrupt behavior.
