I went to several chains and independent stores seeking the perfect wedding ring. After a while, I couldn't find one. Someone suggested Sam at Ideal Diamonds. From the moment we called to make an appointment with Ideal Diamonds, we felt at ease and did not feel pressured. Before even looking at ring, Sam educated us on diamonds and told me I didn’t need to settle for what I want in a ring. From picking out the perfect diamond to designing custom wedding ring has been a wonderful experience. We loved our experience so much we bought diamond earrings as well. We custom designed my ring and thanks to the team, they brought the ring to life and it turned out even better than imagined. I can’t recommend Sam and the Ideal Diamond team enough—they were able to help me pick the perfect diamond and thoroughly explained all of the details to help me decide. They were also able to create the ring to my specifications and have it back to me on an accelerated timeframe so I could have it before I left on a trip, where I planned to propose. I would recommend Ideal Diamond to anyone looking for a great, helpful, honest team to provide a stone at a great price.
