My experience has been splendid with Alex the Jeweler. Alex and his wife treat each and every one of their clients like a family member. Alex took the best care of me. His price was unbeatable (I shopped around to several local jewelers as well as the big box stores). Alex came through for me. The crystal on my deceased father's watch broke Because the watch was old, it was very hard to find a crystal replacement. Alex took the time to shift through numerous sizes of crystals to find one that would fit. It meant a great deal to me that he was willing to spend the time to do this. It's rare to find someone who cares that much about their clients. He is tryly a gem.

Alex and Vera were great! I was visiting Sandy Springs for a week and noticed my solitaire needed repair. I took it to Alex. It looks amazing now! I couldn't be happier with his price or his craftmanship. I also showed him my diamond band which was missing a small diamond and had a couple more cracked stones. He offered to repair it for a quarter the price of what my hometown jeweler quoted. Again, it looks amazing! I told them I was leaving town on Saturday. They opened that morning early to have my pieces ready on time. I'll be sending all repairs and commissioning new pieces from Alex and Vera from now on.

I have been going to Alex the jeweler and his wife Vera for a few years now.nNot only are they wonderful people, but they try to do the very best for you as far as repair, maintenance, and price.nI wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
