They come to deliver a package, but they do not knock or ring the doorbell they just leave a note stating that they try to redeliver. Then when you go two days later after they haven't delivery delivered they tell you that it went to an access point which is not been check mark on your missed you slip when you then when you go to the UPS store they say I went to an access point. Very very unhappy

There is this great man named Brandon Terry that works there and be is extremely talented and a great business man. I couldn't be more impressed. Literally. A true leader. A visionary.

My job

I usually have no issues with UPS, but this time you made my mom cry.nYesterday, four days after the guaranteed delivery date, my mother received her Mother's Day gift. It included a package of swollen, rancid berries and approximately 20 mangled tulips. She was already sad that her children could not be with her on Mother's Day, then her package did not arrive on it's scheduled date, or the following day, or the day after that, or even the day after that as the tracking updates stated. She was so excited to finally receive her package, only to find a rancid mess.nI paid almost $30 to have our mothers gift delivered on Saturday, May 11th. On Saturday I received an email stating the delivery date had changed to Monday, even though the tracking showed the package was in the destination city. I called ProFlowers. They told me the package was going to be delivered at 1:30PM, to disregard the email. Wonderful news. At 4:30 my mom text to say she had not received her package. I called again, asked for the status of the package and was told UPS had a delay and it would not be delivered until Monday. On Monday the delivery date changed to Tuesday, then Tuesday it changed to Wednesday. Tracking shows the box left the destination city, went to Clearwater then Orlando, then Orlando back to Clearwater, then Clearwater to Orlando again, then Orlando to Longwood, and eventually back to the destination city. When the package arrived, the exterior box was crushed, the ice pack was warm and the berry box was swollen. I don't understand the lack of urgency to deliver perishable goods. Unacceptable.
