Concentra Urgent Care

Concentra physical therapy staff is truly very knowledgeable in the work they do They give me feedback on injuries I have. Give the proper exercises to help me get back to normal. Friendly atmosphere and the best is they make you feel welcomed. Best place I've visited in my entire life.

The nurses claimed they knew how to draw blood. It took two, and they both had to try both arms, and both felt like they were using the needle as a means to 'dig around', until they found my vein. All I asked is for someone that was competent in their blood drawing abilities, so I would not get bruised. As it would defer me from my donating plasma. Well bruised is what they gave me, specifically my arms. One more clown and I could of had a circus.

I went there for a DOT drug test and physical. The staff were professional, courteous and provided clear instruction. The whole procedure took me 1 hour. Very nice.

Nursing staff is nice. Unfortunately office staff is disorganized. Exam rooms weren’t cleaned well. Really disappointed in the cleanliness. Especially with a pandemic going on. Lots of dirt on the floor surrounding the exam table. Plus debris behind the table. Had an 9:30 am appointment, so no excuse for room to be so dirty. Wait times are ridiculous. Had a 9:30am appointment. Took two hours to do a basic physical.

The staff was awesome friendly and very quick I was very satisfied in and out with no problems at all I like to thank Concentra for there services keep up the good work.
