Was stuck in the parking deck,along with another couple, because the exit arm wouldn't lift up. It also kept the parking ticket so we couldn't use the other exit. I called the company number and had to leave a message. Never called back. Other ppl also called. Someone from one of the businessesnwho uses the deck, came to our rescue because she also had to leave. She called and got the message machine. She stated that the business was just down the block and around the corner and she would walk down there and get somebody. As she re-entered the deck the arms lifted up and we all finally made the exits.

Great during the day, but can be a bit shady at night.

It is open. Very reasonable price. Several places validate parking.

They had a place to put my car. It stayed there until I came and got it.

Been sitting here so far for 47 minutes and not able to even back out of the parking spot to get out of here this is a very poor design
