Highly recommended. KC Quarles was fantastic & gave great customer service. She went the extra mile in looking out for my best interest. Very attentive, called me back and emailed also. KC did great fixing what needed to be done and gave quick responses when I had a concern or question. KC is very helpful and I recommend her if you need insurance help.
The rates are high. No one else was there, but I still had to wait a while. Then I had to explain the policy to the agent. Year after year, I say I'm going somewhere cheaper, but then don't. Simply because, I know that if I need to file a claim, they pay. I've been covered by State Farm all of my life. I hear that other insurers are not so reliable.
I have been a client for a little over year, and I cannot express how grateful I am for Ashley Knight. Within this year I have had to make several changes to my policies that I assumed would've been difficult. However, she was understanding, and provided clarity on how it may or may not effect my monthly statement. Even though I have built a relationship with Ms. Knight, I have interacted with other employees that have provided the same exceptional customer service!!!
