Novella's Flower Shoppe

I live out of town and I found out that my Godmother had major surgery and I wanted to get her flowers. When I saw the ”Happy Bouquet” with roses floral arrangement, I knew it would make my Godmothers day. On Saturday May 2, I called this flower shop after looking at the reviews and placed an order for the ”Happy Bouquet” floral arrangement to be delivered to her at the hospital. My order was taken over the phone and the lady I spoke with was extremely pleasant. The woman who took my order assured me that it would be delivered shortly. I waited all day to receive a call from my Godmother saying she received her flowers. I heard from her that day, but she mentioned nothing of the flowers. I thought that was odd. On Sunday, I spoke to my Godmother and there was no mention of flowers. I made a mental note to call the floral shop on Monday. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise so I didn't want to come right out and ask my Godmother. You can only imagine my distraught to have to call to verify that the order had been delivered. I called this floral shop on Monday and they guaranteed that the order had been delivered to the hospital. I thought to myself, why hadn't my Godmother mentioned it. She would have mentioned it. The lady who answered the phone told me she delivered the flowers to my Godmother herself. I was so confused. Finally, yesterday, my mother asked my Godmother had she received the flowers and she told her no. Now I have to call again. I live 7 hours away so I can't go in person. I just wanted to make my Godmother’s day a little brighter with flowers. Now I have to sort out this mess in the morning. I'll post another review of the outcome. I am truly disappointed.

Order flowers for valentine's for my wife and even though their website says delivery to the next city over they called me and said my order had been passed on to another flourist because they don't go that far this is fine but the flowers she received is nothing what you. Stay clear im not happy, wife not happy, gonna have to spend 3 times more money now to make her happy. These flowers are tragic

Went in to order corsage and boutonniere for my Pastor and First Lady of Lovejoy Baptist Church. Returned the next day to pick up and it far exceeded my expectations!!! Both were beautiful and well made and packaged so the items stayed secure. It must have been the manager or owner of shop who I interacted with as well as another associate. Both very nice and pleasant and after inquiring about the price of a plant, she had another lady put a bow on it and donated it to us!! The items purchased were reasonably priced for the quality and these were for our Pastor, His Beautiful Wife for their 33rd Anniversary. We have drive up service and God blessed us with a beautiful sunny day and the blessing of the beautiful plant matching the decor to place on a table between their chairs. May God continue to bless her and her business( Novella's).

Ordered without any knowledge of this florist, as I'm not from the area. My mother lives and works there for stretches at a time. We can't be with her on her birthday since we are over 3 hours away, so I really wanted something to surprise her on her day. The garden basket full of mixed houseplants was beautiful! We had yellow roses and a bright yellow bow added for a pop of color. It was exactly what I had envisioned.

Horrible rude company.nnI ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day. They were all bright colors. The actual flowers showed up and are white and purple nothing like i ordered. Complained to teleflora and then got a call from very rude lady at shop saying she sent what I ordered. I explained no they were different and sent back up and she still tried to argue with me. Very unprofessional and will never use again
