Stick with Senior Transitions as they think outside of the box. Packed up the phone. Will not use again as pricey compared to Senior Transitions.

Milton and Michael moved my mother from one Assisted Living facility to another yesterday. They were both very friendly to us, and they did an excellent job of wrapping all of the furniture carefully. They were polite, efficient, and professional. They did a superior job, and I would recommend using this moving company to any of my friends.

So much for smooth move. I am so disappointed with the total experience. After the movers left I discovered they damaged my dinning chair and my armoire for my bedroom and damaged my wooden floor when they dropped the armoire but they did not mention it. To think we treated them kindly and this was what we got in return was really upsetting. All efforts to reach Adrienne who is the company owner was unsuccessful. My friend who recommended the company to me even reached out to her to call me but up to this time I am writing this review she has not even bothered to find out about my experience. What lousy customer service and a very unacceptable way to treat a customer. Adrienne, during the move my husband offered pizza and drinks to your movers which was in a cooler but they decided to take away the cooler of drinks. PLEASE I know they must have finished the drinks in the cooler but can they please, please bring back my cooler. Definitely will never recommend this company. Do not use this company after you swipe your card that is it. The card my husband used to pay was compromised the next day. I don’t have any proof who used the card but I have my suspicions
