I wish I could give 6 stars. This has been the best customer service I have ever received from any establishment -- Lisa is incredible. Moving cross country, I was worried about getting a storage unit in a new city 2000 miles away, but Lisa reserved the space for us for a week and allowed us to park the shipping van overnight as we drove cross-country.nnThe facility is great, climate controlled, extremely well kept, and we were give a high-quality lock free of charge.nnI can't recommend this facility enough.

Ms.Lisa has exemplified amazing customer service consistently. There was an issue with my lock on my unit and I went to the office and was greeted by another employee. Prior to seeing if they would be able to assist me in getting my lock open, the employee charged me a cutting lock fee. When the employee arrived to my unit, they were able to get the lock open and suggested that I should make sure the lock is facing the opposite direction next time.nnAbout two visits later, I ran into another issue with my lock. The keys wouldn’t fully go in the lock. Ms. Lisa was in the office this time and she did not hesitate to lend a hand. Instead of charging me another cutting lock fee, Ms. Lisa went to my unit, observed that there was a problem, and cut the lock off free of expense.nnThank you Ms.Lisa!

Dwayne Wallace’s customer service is superior and every interaction has made the moving process so smooth. He went above and beyond to make sure my unit was secure and personally showed me the proper way to lock. I would highly recommend using Life Storage in Stone Mountain. Thank you thank you!!

I have used this storage facility for over 2 years and have been very happy. I selected the location because it has indoor climate controlled storage for vehicles and RVs- I store a motorhome inside the building. This is one of, if not the best indoor facilities in Atlanta to store vehicles. It is kept clean, has remote access via an app and Lisa is the absolute best person to deal with. She is always very professional, very pleasant and always very helpful.

The Staff at Life Storage is awesome! They are incredibly knowledgeable, ultra personable and highly resourceful! They keep the building and facilities in great condition.. The storage units are well maintained. It's always a joy to work with Lisa and the Team.
