The hot deli area is always out of food. It’s like they refuse to make more than enough for consumers. On a Friday night there was a line almost to the cash registers for subs and the hotline. I waited an HOUR only to get to the counter and they didn’t have the wings. I politely asked if she could fix subs since I couldn’t get what I came for she said no mobile orders only. Therefore, I move to sub line and literally stood there for an HOUR. Not acceptable! I spoke with customer service manager Amanda who did none thing but tell me there are only 2 people allowed to fix food due to COVID. Fine! Well guess what? Don’t accept mobile orders if you provide poor service to consumers standing right in front of you. Simple ! Don’t bit off more than you can chew. Cut off mobile orders because, the store clearly can’t handle the request. I will drive out my way to another Publix because, I will not return to this location. Now If i were in a different area, I’m sure I would have received better service and wouldn’t have had to wait an HOUR.
Great and friendly people. They hace a good group of employees that have been there for years. Very helpful.

Person serving the hot food was unpleasant. People there are not as nice as most publix. Need to improve their peoples skills. I love shopping at publix but this location was the worst.
