I am in charge of a Disaster Relief Group and have been using Go Bahamas Plus to do ferry bookings to get my volunteers from Florida over to the Bahamas. I have mainly worked with three people including Cindy Sweeney, Rob Lindner and Trevor. All have had amazing service and have been extremely helpful in getting my people transported back and forth. The service is very fast with a very short turnaround whether my reservations have been over the phone or on email. I would highly recommend them to do your booking to the Bahamas as they will help you make it go right even down to the last 1-2 hours. We booked the Bahamas Ferry with this company and traveled last week. We booked our hotel with another online travel agency. The ferry was great. It was a nice basic ferry ride, exactly what we expected. However, when we arrived at our hotel on grand Bahama island they didn’t have a reservation for us. The other online agency had not booked the room for the correct dates. We contacted goBahamasPlus to see about taking the ferry back that same day since the other travel agency screwed up our hotel reservation. Cindy at goBahamasPlus informed me that they offer hotel accommodations, as well. Within a matter of 10 minutes she was able to contact our hotel and book another room for us. Plus, she had the amount we paid to the other agency applied to the new reservation so that we didn’t pay anything extra. We were so relieved! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Cindy at goBahamasPlus for saving our vacation! We will never book with anyone else!

Thank you!! We returned last night and had a wonderful time! Lighthouse Pointe was a lovely resort and we can’t wait to go back in a few months. goBahamasPlus went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary was perfect and we appreciate it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
