The woman working today (Monday 10/26) was extremely unprofessional and rude. Every time I walk in she is listening to music or on the phone and seems bothered that a customer came in, however her work was always pretty good so I alway excused her lack of customer service. Today, she was extra irritated when I walked in then when I gave her my punchcard for a free threading, she accused me of punching in the cards myself. “How come you always have a punch card?” I have not seen her in months & always got the owner or the blonde women. Her response was “so I haven’t seen you in months and you’re telling me you’ve been here this many times?” I work in customer service and have never had the audacity to speak to anyone like that - especially a regular customer. Also, getting your eyebrows done 5x in the span of a few months is extremely reasonable. The owner here is very friendly and does good work. It is unfortunate that she has very questionable employees. I will never be returning.
Purchased a package for 3 Brazilian Waxes. Got it done twice and each time there was a lot of hair left in random patches. Thought the first time was a fluke. Second time, have a hood piercing that was almost yanked off. Couldn't even tip after that.
