Treated my mom & I to massages at this location. We were both very pleased with our experience! My masseuse (Erin)was very attentive, client oriented, & had a sweet vibe.nnI would definitely recommend this location & will be back! Also, they’re very clean & require mask upon entry.nnEnjoy!

I had a massage from Maria. She asked questions before she started to make sure she understood my preferences. The pressure was perfect! It was hard to make an appointment because they had very limited availability, but was able to get one. It was glorious. Definitely will be back.

Love LaVida! I’ve been a client for years! I get wonderful massages and facials! I love the employees - friendly and professional in every way! I couldn’t recommend this sweet little spa more!!

Very unprofessional team, poor customer service, unwilling to work with customers and when asked details of my requested message they were not knowledgeable enough to answer questions without being placed on hold several times.nI was going to try this salon for the first time. I made two appointments a couple of days apart, one at 10:15 the other at 10:45.nBefore arriving at the salon, I realized my appointment for this date was the 10 o’clock not the 10:45 (which would have put me there 20 minutes late) so I called and explained the situation, that I confuse the two dates. I asked if I could still come in and get the massage, they said no. I would have to reschedule. I asked if they had anything available that day for me to switch my appointment, they said yes, they had one later in the day and I could take that one but I would also have to pay for the massage that I did not receive. I asked if they could make an exception because I had made Two appointments on different days and got the hours confused. They said no, our policy is our policy… I do understand policy as a business owner however, I was a new patient and I was willing to come in at whatever time they had available. They were not willing to work with me at all. I canceled all appointments going forward and I do not recommend this salon.

This was my first time getting a massage at this location. I had the masseuse by the name of Branden. He was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. I enjoyed my 60 minute massage but did run out of time and should have done the 90! I will definitely be back!
