Looks can be deceiving. The center appears to be run down & some may say it needs an updated facelift, especially since it's located on a busy intersection. But I'll say this, I'm not one to judge a book by its cover alone, in most cases. That said, any of the storefronts I've visited here have offered me a good experience.

I live not far away from this location and have visited a few of the shops here. The pawn shop has changed hands three times in the past decade and doesn't have the most interesting inventory anymore, but it seems like the latest prices as a buyer are good and as a seller, the owner is a fair man. The convenience store there is packed with stuff, but friendly. Unfortunately I don't have any familiarity with the other businesses there, but many have been there since I've lived in the area, so there's something to consider about that.

Good people run that pawn shop, the tattoo artists do excellent ink, I'm not familiar with the other businesses or services there...
