Customer service leads need more training. Don't have a clue in making simple decisions with a receipt. Not happy 2 hr wait.

This is a very busy Walmart and it's right down the street from my residence. I enjoy the close drive but there are to many people and this could impact the customer service environment. There's good days and then there's bad days with service and public attitudes. Walmart dose look unkempt not as clean but it could be the plethora of traffic.
