We visited Hook Fish Sunday for the 1st time. We all had the Catfish & Shrimp Combo. The Catfish was fried to perfection! The Shrimp were as well. Their secret recipe seasoning is the bomb! Very very tasty!nTry Hook Fish...they have us as new customers !!

Ordered seafood platter with wings, flounder and shrimp, wing and fries, side of okra and a conch platter. Everything was delicious except the conch. It was very old, super tough and we couldn’t eat it. I was very disappointed and tried to call back 3 times after we got home and started eating and no one ever would answer their phone. Wanted to request a refund of the conch dinner! That was $14 down the drain. Again everything else was good but I cut his must not be ordered much here because it was super old and hard. I even got a steak knife and couldn’t cut through it. Shrimp and fish was delicious. Want to request the $14 refund for the conch. Plz contact me. Unfortunately we were passing through this town and do not live near here to return. So I can only give 2 stars because nobody would answer the phone to resolve my issue and refund the conch dinner. It was raining and my kids were sleep so I couldn’t just drive back from our hotel room.

Walked in and placed order and waited haf added fried mushrooms and ordered 2 small fried shrimp one with french fries and coleslaws . Drove 15 miles home to find no mushrooms and no coleslaw . When i called to see if i could come by and get some thing equal value tomorrow at lunch vecaise i would be coming back into town the lady that i talk to said her boss said i would have to drive back into town now . I just said thank u and good buy., why would i spend the double gas and milage to get my food i should have gotten the first time. Wouldnt have had to call. BUT WON5 HAVE TO WORRY, I WONT BE BACK.
