My food is always cold when I eat there. I definitely will not be eating there again... I mean, the burger had zero heat 2 days in a row. They don't even try to give the customer what they pay for. Those employees are hurting the quality of Burger King's brand. If I could have rated them 0 stars I would have.

Had to use drive thru,because dinning room is still closed:( but still a good experience. Fast and friendly service, good food at more than fair prices. Looking forward to when I can have a actual sit down meal here again.
It doesn’t matter if you order and pay they still won’t give you everything you paid for. I got home and none of my children’s meals were in the bag... their customer service is HORRIBLE.
Went thru the drive thru and placed my order pulled up got what she gave me which was halfnthe prefer so I back up and instead of her giving me the rest of my order. She had me go to the car and get the icee and Hamburger and give back to her. And turned around and gave me a different icee and Hamburger. With this virus going around it took be back a minute. She should never ask for food back after it entering a vehicle. Js
