Absolutely horrible company! Don’t waste your money Cody in repairs will say one thing and do another, the only decent person to deal with in service quit due to how horrible they are

First, thank you to the team at Destiny Homes Florida. Pat you were our star. Next, thanks to Cody in Georgia, your detail in helping our final punchlists and keeping the team on point was spot on. I see there are not many reviews but I am happy to share mine. We had a very good experience with Destiny. We wanted something very particular in our home and they helped make it happen. They stayed true to their word and our house is wonderful. Our 4/2 needed some special customizations and the engineers and builders made it happen. I would certainly recommend this team.
Messed up huge miscommunication and all resulting in a home we cannot even bath our special needs daughter in. This is how they treat the disabled. Miscommunicate and deny responsibility. Buyer beware
They do horrible work, this house is 6 months old and the siding is shrinking. They put siding on bare wood. (now it is 14 month old home and the plumbing is defective)
