My wife picked up from here today and absolutely no gloves,mask or hair nets. And of all things an employee comes from the back licking their fingers and went straight to where the pizza's are made and never washed her hands. No more papa johns for us!

I got the new stuffed crust pizza and it was... not good. They said that they stopped doing Carry out at 9, then told me my house was 3 miles too far for delivery. So He said let’s meet at the BP. I gave him the address for the one across from Walgreens and he said it would be done in 30 minutes. I live 20 minutes away so I was gonna leave after the first 15 minutes. 14 minutes after I ordered I get a call from the driver saying he’s at the BP. So I rush up there to find that he went to the wrong one. After everything was said and done I had to pay $20 for a $12 pizza THAT I STILL HAD TO PICK UP MYSELF. When I finally got my pizza it was lop-sided, unevenly cut, and cold as ice.

This was the worst service I have ever had. Waited 3 hours for order to be delivered was payed for online. Manager agreed to a refund and to remake the order and we still never received it. I would never order from them again. 9:30pm at night made the order online at 6:44pm still sitting here hungry. Absolutely horrible horrible service!!!!!!

Papa Johns is always clean, always on time and food is on point. I love ordering online, but there are too many steps to take if you are changing back to carryout from delivery. Overall, we love our Moultrie Papa Johns!
