Randal Lowe Plumbing is without a doubt the BEST company we've ever used for plumbing issues. Whether we've had an emergency, or just regular service, each technician has been prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. A special shout out to Alex Bolton who handled our emergency call with the utmost professionalism. He worked quickly and thoroughly, explaining the problems along the way in terms we could understand. His attitude couldn't have been better, which made an emergency issue not nearly as bad!nBut, this isn't an isolated situation, each technician has been fabulous, including the call center folks.nThank you for being our go-to plumber!!

We had a water main leak under our garage slab. Excellent response time and service. The courteous and knowledgeable crew replaced the entire line, which included going under the driveway and sidewalk. They cleaned up the work area when finished. A very pleasant experience under the circumstances.
