They were extremely helpful in my search for a ring during one of the most important times of my life! The customer service after the sale was top notch! Recommend to everyone!

I wasn’t called to be notified that the work I requested couldn’t be completed. I called them the day before pickup to check on the piece and they had to call back a couple hours later to tell me it couldn’t be done. When I expressed my disappointment that I had to call them to receive that information, I was bombarded with another staff member telling me that she did call and the jeweler telling me why it couldn’t be done. I didn’t have a problem with the work not being done and I understand why he didn’t do it, I’m disappointed that I had to call them first before they let me know it couldn’t be done. I didn’t appreciate everyone in the store coming to the counter when the young lady releasing my ring was doing a great job empathizing with me and apologizing that I didn’t receive the call first. I felt overwhelmed and like I was being told that I was in the wrong. I will not be back and I will not recommend this jewelry store to my friends or clients.

They were wonderful with my niece. She had her ears pierced & was so scared but they calmed her down and made her feel safe. I will always be grateful. UPDATE: Had to buy gift, went back & they were just wonderful, I can't tell you how nice it is to have people who actually care about purchase in every way. I will go to Griners as long as they stay open. All my gratitude & thanks.

The best jewelry store I have ever been too! Becca was great from the moment I walked in! She handled my needs very well. Mr. Griner was more than willing to do anything I asked to make the ring perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and attention to detail.
