I have to admit, reading the previous reviews had me really nervous, as I didn't have any say in what company the vendor used for shipping. My experience was a very good one. When I called the company to schedule my delivery appointment, I was met with professionalism and courtesy. My window was adhered to and the delivery driver was more than accommodating. Glen was very professional and went above and beyond, ensuring that I had a smooth delivery. In summary, I had a good experience with R&L Carriers.

Received a call saying our delivery was on the way to our home. The shipment was a large, heavy item that required someone to be home. My husband and I made arrangements to do so. Two hours later, we received a call to reschedule delivery for another day due to mistakes made on their end. Soon after, due to lack of trust, we decided to pick the shipment up from the facility. I spoke with customer service two more times, both times were terrible. The reps were rude as hell. The pick up dock was just as bad! Just straight NASTY, junk everywhere! No one was wearing a facemask! Yuk! We'll never use this carrier again.

They just delivered our pool. The Guy would not even put it in our garage which is literally 2 feet away from the where he dropped it off. Said we would have to be charged a inside delivery fee. Never heard of that before as honestly all he had to do was move it a few more fee inside . Just ridiculous that I have pay more money for something so simple.

My first and last time using this company for shipping. I specifically paid MORE for this company to ship it. Not only was it late, but I had to hunt them down to get my order. I’ll be using any service but them going forward.

Received a pool from these guys, and it came in great condition and they were incredibly nice and professional.
