Patricia was awesome explaining and very customer oriented. Made me feel comfortable wanting to storage my belongingsnnAs a Returning Customer, Debbie made me feel like I was home when it came to storing my belongings again. Love this location!!!nnI love this storage place!!! Especially the customer experience with Debbie!! Update Jan 2021nWe no longer need the extra space (pun intended) so we cleared out our unit. Debbie Anglin was very helpful as always. After many years of experience we still highly recommend this location. We used to store an RV here and also had an outside facing unit with garage door (very convenient) for 5 years. Great staff, very secure.nn2017nMike and Jamie provide superior customer service. We have been customers for a few years now and never had a problem. Very secure, way better than the last place we used. Highly recommend for storage rooms or to store your vehicle, trailer.

Debbie is amazing and very helpful. She answers all questions and makes the process very clear and easy. If I ever have issues or if I need anything Debbie takes care of it every time. This location also has great rates! Highly recommend!

In July 2020, I realized that I was in need of more space in my home. So I decided to rent a unit to store some of my belongings in . I was very nervous about Extra Space Storage , only because I had never heard of this brand before.nOnly a 1/4 mile from my home, so location was convenient.nnI am so pleased w/ my choice to lease from them. My monthly rent for a 10x6 is equivalent to the cost of an oil change The building is always clean and running up to par. The staff has always been available to help either by phone or on location.nThere is an employee by the name of Debbie, that I feel had went far and beyond her duties to help me... and it a very gracious act that was not an obligation , just a thoughtful and kind.

Was easy to set up online, only took minutes. Debbie then followed up making sure everything went well. Got the code text right away and was able to enter and store my stuff. Very clean and everything was as it said it was. Cost for one month was very good.
