I was moving from one unit to another. I had some stuff going to storage and some going to my apartment. I told them what to take and to where. They left the grill the things in the coat closet a tv patios furniture. Now I have to move this stuff myself. On top of that my printer is missing. On top of everything else there was a table and chair I told them to throw away. I just now noticed it is sitting outside in the parking lot. Very unprofessional

They messed up some expensive furniture. The 2 hood rats they used practically threw my items in the storage unit. I had to relocate for work and they even had the nerve to charge me $30 extra for the fact that THEY messed up and left more furniture in my apartment and had to come back. The PROFESSIONAL movers I hired currently were shaking their heads at the poor job this ratchet company did! They did not wrap ANYTHING and they lied and told me they did. I just came back to Atlanta after living in Boston for 2 years and this is what I come back to.nnI see the Owner's reply and I have the email with your name on it ... For some reason, I cannnot reply to the owner ...

We really enjoyed working with Russell and his two assistants when we had to move our 5 bedroom plus Home Office from one town to another. They showed up early, filled that truck floor to ceiling and front to back, then unloaded it, grabbed some lunch, went back and did it again. We didn't get finished until 8:00 p.m. that night !! Nothing broken and nothing stolen. Honorable people at a fair price.

Had a pleasure moving my apartment furniture today. James and Kevin were awesome! Super funny too lol. Nothing got damaged, everything was a smooth move. Will definitely be using them when I move again in a couple months! Thank y’all!!

I was so nervous to hire movers, but Russ really put me at ease and made me feel like my things were as valued to him as it was to me. The price was more than fair and he stuck to his quote even when things changed. Everything he promised us, he delivered.nnThe morning of our move they called 30 minutes before, arrived on time, and didn't fool around getting our stuff packed. The crew had no issues with packing our things carefully and making sure everything was labeled so when we unpacked we could find everything.nnI don't plan on ever moving again, but I will always recommend Russ and his crew to anyone who is even considering moving.
