I just want to say that Chris and Brandy were amazing!!! I was having trouble getting my rental truck through the U-Haul website and even though they were closed about to walk out the door both Chris and Brandy stayed to help me get my rental truck... I really appreciate the both of them! Thank you!!!!!

Omg... had a hitch put on Volvo. Was told it would take up to 3 hours with a wiring harness. So I opted for the hitch only which he said should be 40 min.nWell.... 4 hrs later I’m still waiting. I hope I get a discount for my downtime here but I doubt it.nHopefully they didn’t mess up something and just trying to cover it up.

Don't count on them to keep their appointments. I scheduled a trailer hitch installation at this location through Uhaul's website two weeks in advance. When I showed up for my appointment everything was correct in their system but I was told the parts hadn't even been shipped from the distributor yet. Nobody bothered to contact me and let me know in advance that they would be unable to complete the work.

Check in was quick and easy. I forgot my phone in the car and the young lady quickly flagged me down to give it to me. Also...and this is HUGE...I forgot a bag behind the driver's seat that had something very special to me, an old teddy bear. I completely forgot it was there and when I realized it the next day, I immediately called the store. I talked to Brandie, who called the person who rented the truck and even went to meet them to pick up my bear. That was above and beyond anything I would ever expect from anyone and I can never give her enough thanks for getting my bear back to me before I left for Shanghai.

I employ their services regularly, and am usually in and out as quick as they can manage. They are oftentimes understaffed, but the guys who work outside and get your equipment set up are always super friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating last time I rented a truck.
