Though my need for a storage unit was very short-term (1 month), I was so pleased with this facility and the service. Nick was the person who took care of my move-in. He was very accommodating and professional. Although I was in need of their smallest unit, he took the time to walk me to the unit while covering all the property's offerings, amenities, rules, etc. He offered insurance coverage, etc.nSince I was trying to sell most of the few items I stored here, I was at the property often in my final weeks and would take time to make space in my car. I would always see the manager, Tia, walking the property to ensure it was clean, etc. This property is immaculate! I have worked in this industry before and am very keen on customer service and cleanliness. This is hands down one of the best storage facilities I've ever seen and used.nTia was on duty when I went in to let them know I would be closing out my contract a week before the next month would begin. She was so personable and energetic. Tia certainly takes pride in her job and facility. I believe she and Tasha were trying to win the weekend contest or something when I checked out.nNonetheless, I know there are a few storage facilities in this area that you can choose from. Look no further... THIS is the one!

I love this store. They take care of you. Any questions were answered and they always speak to you with a smile. Tia the manager really tries to go above her job duties to satisfy me. Thanks so much for your customer service.

The staff at this location were great! Tia and Adrian were both very helpful and professional. I was in a tight spot and needed to get a parking space for my work truck quickly this was no problem for this crew. These two are definitely a great asset to the company and I greatly appreciate the work they did for me.

Anna was very helpful. A true professional. She made the move in process semless and easy. I ended up having to get 2 more rooms and Tia was extremely helpful and also professional. Very nice and knowledgeable. In and out very quickly. Thanks.

We had a wonderful experience working with SCOTT ! Not only was he informative but had a very customer centric attitude. The property grounds were well maintained, clean with NO debris or trash anywhere. In regards to the building itself, It was immaculately clean, floors were shiny and overall clean smelling.nnAfter discussing options with Scott, as well as the overall upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds,, we decided to get a larger unit for an extended time period. Although it is a month to month lease which we appreciate, we can see staying there for a while.nnMany thanks to Scott who provided excellent customer service and pleasurable experiencennThe Altmans
