Got my package on time right after it arrived to the facility. I was really worried about it cause I just ordered a very fragile game console but everything seemed to be okay! Delivery and packaging times were a bit inconsistent as sometimes you'd see constant updates and sometimes you'd wait a while to see rapid fire ones but it all worked out at the end. My box was untouched and everything was fine. I have very little to complain about!
Use to work here, but I move on I work in a better place, better pay and benefits. This place is a joke how they treat employees like slaves. Wish I could give a cero in the review.
Still waiting on a package that was sent out 2 weeks ago with items that can't be replaced and i just keep getting the runaround and excuses. This package contains items hand made from my grandmother that passed away a pictures from my childhood plus some pictures of my dead brother
Everyday my package shows on vehicle for delivery but yet to be delivered 3 days later. At this point I'm willing to pick it up but can't get in touch with anyone. FedEx use to be an excellent shipment company but they have gone down hill to say the least.
Fed Ex is completely inept. My package sat at the Kennesaw faculty for 3 days before it got on a truck. Their tracking website is completely useless. I called customer service to find out when my package would be delivered and they told me Monday when, in actuality, it was delivered Friday and they had no idea. They still show that it will be delivered on Monday on their website. Total joke
