Was able to get an appointment right away. No wait time. Tax preparer was very friendly and professional. Was fast and efficient. Will be coming back next year. Tax preparers name was Chelsea. Referring my family and friends to her at the Jackson Hewitt. Thanks for making the dreaded tax filing, not so bad!!

Not only was Chelsea amazing but she went above and beyond to help us with our tax situation she was so friendly and in a really good mood. We will come back to her for as long as we can. She explained everything to us and let us know what were the options
