Great customer service and wide variety of alcohol. We asked for quotes and advice on alcohol for our large wedding and total wine was the only one who took the time to even chat with us. Keith was awesome and helped us select which type of tequila for our signature margarita drink, and which brand to get for our wine selections. The online ordering also made it a breeze to pickup when it was ready.
Great selection and low prices.
Got kicked out of the store today for not having a mask. The manager didn't even ask if I was able to wear one. The manager apparently hasn't noticed a large majority of her employees with an incorrectly worn mask. So is it about safety or??? I haven't worn a mask in the store ever. This was the first time anyone has mentioned it to me. I won't be back. Long time regular customer lost today. Corporate will be contacted.
I love love love this huge alcohol superstore. I’m not even a big drinker and I enjoy walking around and seeing that huge selection. I did visit quite a bit during the holidays. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful especially the nice young man, Garrett, who was always friendly and went out of his way to help on multiple occasions.
A wide variety of all types of liquors, spirits, and wines. I do t know a lot about any of them. If you want to explore what to get and learn what the difference in what wine and whiskey and so forth this is a great place to shop. They are knowledgeable of the product on the shelf and can make suggestions based on the type of crowd and she number of people.
