Came here today to make a return/ exchange after buying something yesterday. I get to the counter, and without even looking at the receipt, the cashier tells me it's final sale and there's nothing she can do. I pointed out that the associate yesterday didn't say anything of the sort and that the receipt indicated that at the very least I can exchange. She continues to say she can't do that. So I leave and call customer service, and they said that I ACTUALLY CAN return the item for the exchange. The people at this store don't even know their own policies I will never return here!
Everytime i come in TAYLOR is always working and has helped me every time she is super patient and always seems to find a good piercing i like. Best customer service hands down. She is super chill and knows how to do her job! Girl needs a raise.. Just sayin
Treated very poorly for not wearing a mask. Feel very uncomfortable with everyone's faces covered.
