I had an amazing time!! I haven’t pierced my ears in a while, so I was pretty nervous about the whole experience. Brittany came and talked with me and it actually made me more comfortable and especially more confident in the earrings I chose!! Loved her so much, she took her time and was very patient!! She’s amazing, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! I love the way I look and it’s all thanks to her!

Brittany was super great!! like if I could give her more stars, I would. she’s a queen and so full of great commentary. I really appreciate her for allowing me to breathe before she pierced my ears. She was super helpful and I’m glad she was there to help me and my friend become baddies before our day out ❤ufe0f she was so helpful (like I said before) but she deserves all the love and recognition available. thanks again Brittany and if you’re wondering if you should let her do your piercing...stop...look in the mirror...and say “DUHHH!!!”

I went to this location to get my second hole pierced. The girl who did my piercing was named Brittany and she was one of the kindest, cutest, and most hilarious people that I’ve ever met. She was very quick and professional, taking time to make sure that it was just where I wanted it. It was also pretty painless. Such a great experience!

The assistant store manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Based on other reviews, I'm sure the manager, Brittany, would not be pleased with how the assistant manager treats customers when no one else is there to supervise.
