This company and their associates are amazing. The customer service was great from start to finish. I appreciated Jada at Town Center Kay. Including her manager. They were so helpful from the beginning to the end. I will continue to give them my service.nnLet's talk about this beautiful bridal set from Neil Lane and my beautiful diamond necklace. So gorgeous and great pieces. Kay knows how to treat their customers and choose wonderful pieces.

WOW, What a rip off! I wore my tennis bracelet once that i bought in December and diamonds just started falling out! Kay's has been closed due to the pandemic. They don't stand by their work. I reach out to customer service and get pushed off on voicemails that never get returned. No direct person to speak with. They don't mind selling products through this pandemic but won't help repair their cheaply made jewelry. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS OVERLY CHARGED BUSINESS, IT IS RIP OFF, AND YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AWAY! Following up with the BBB after this review...
