Thieves!!!!!!!!!nI’ve been going to this place for years and used to send people here. Never Again!!!! They are THIEVES!!!!nOne of my earrings fell out my ear and the diamond came out. It was 10k yellow gold with a diamond. I left it to get fixed and thought they did a great job, it was shining like new. So I asked if they could clean my other one and it was still dull afterwards. I get him and compare the two earrings and the one they fixed is bigger than the other one. They took the diamond out replaced it with cubic zirconia and thought I wouldn’t notice. They are thieves!!!! Don’t bring your stuff there!!!

I’ve had two rings sized here both only cost me $30 a piece and only took 30 minutes and went to do a wedding band there yesterday and they were rude and charged me $65 and I had to leave it there and go back today. I will no longer use this place. You either have a set rate or don’t do it. And they need to “quick fix” their attitudes!

My son’s chain necklace was broken. They charged me $50 to fix it. Three days later it broke again and fell without my son noticing. I do not recommend this place since they were not even capable of repairing a broken chain on a necklace.

I purchased a ring from this location and had a stone placed in it. One month to the date the stone fell out and was lost. When I tried to go by to discuss with them they had a sign be back shortly. We waited and they never came back. Then the virus caused everyone closed. I contacted my bank to assist. This company lied to my bank saying they offered an extra prong setting. I informed my bank they did not and I proved to the bank when I tried to call them no voice mail. Most stores have either voice mail or phones forwarded to their cell. I even showed my bank I contacted the franchise office for help. I have had this ring for 5 months and wore 1 month and paid $1,000 for a ring I cannot wear because the center stone is missing. This company I informed my bank needs to make this right by replacing the stone at no charge and put the extra prongs they claimed they offered. This is sad to be taken advantage of. I was not given any authentication on the ring for metal and carets of the surrounding stones they had in the ring. I had to ask. This is not this first or second time I have had a bad experienced like this with this location.
