I always get great service when I go there, but today was the best. Lia was amazing. I went in to get my earrings cleaned, and came out trading one up for a larger one. Ask for her when you go!!
Shane Co. was a HUGE help!!! I first called the Shane Co. in Duluth, when they didn’t have the ring I wanted in stock they searched the other stores to try and find it for me. They ended up finding it at the Kennesaw location and the employees at Kennesaw really helped me out. I was able to get detailed info over the phone of their settings and diamond options. Then they sent me tons of pictures and videos to really show me the rings characteristics. I was able to pay or set up financing over the phone, drive over from Alabama and pick up the ring all on the same day. When it comes to customer service and genuinely wanting to help their customers, the people over a Shane Co. are top notch. It does not get better.
My husband and I just met with Dillon for the second time. We just want to say your kindness and patience is so appreciated. Thank you to everyone there. Your smiles really go far. You have no idea, so thanks again!
